Delivery Policies

Toomey's Rent-All Center offers delivery options for customers in the Worcester Area.

Delivery Availability

Delivery service may be available with advance notice but is not guaranteed. During our busier times of the year we may not be able to take additional delivery orders so we recommend calling to check availability in advance.

Delivery Pricing

A delivery/pickup fee is added to all delivery orders. This fee is based on the address of the delivery location and the specific delivery requirements. For quotes on delivery rates please call in advance.

Delivery Times

Our standard delivery times are Mon- Fri from 8am to 4pm. Weekend and after-hour deliveries may be available with advanced notice.

Deliveries may occur as early as two business days before your event. Pickups may occur as late as two business days after. In the event that Toomey's requests an earlier delivery or later pickup there is no additional charge.

Delivery Locations

For standard deliveries we ask for a covered area (tent, garage, loading dock, etc.) that is accessible to our delivery vehicles. The area should be clear and ready to receive equipment. If no covered area is available please alert us at the time you place your reservation.

Delivery to a yard, driveway or other uncovered or unsecured area is available so long as the customer is present to receive the equipment.

Pickup Policies

At the time of pickup we ask that all equipment be broken down and stacked in the same area and manner in which it was delivered. Setup and breakdown of equipment is available but must be scheduled at the time an order is placed.

If equipment is still setup or missing when Toomey's arrives for pickup we may be forced to leave it until a later date. Additional rental charges may accrue if this is the case.

Driver Instructions

To prevent confusion and insure proper delivery our drivers are given specific instructions before they leave the store. Any changes to these instructions must first be OK'd with a store manager.

This is done to prevent event staff from making changes that event coordinators are not aware of.
