For transferring water out of Water Beds Toomey's Rent-All Center carries a Water Bed Pump which can be used with a standard 3/4" garden hose. Simply connect the pump to your water bed run the garden hose to where you're depositing the water and plug in the pump.
Different beds will require different amounts of time to drain. Because this pump does not have an on/off switch it does require supervision while operating.
